.aim()

Bitsbox's aim command rotates a stamp to point towards the coordinates you give it.

• thing.aim(x,y)

Here's a program that aims a rocket at wherever you drag on the screen.

rocket = stamp('rocket') function drag() {   rocket.aim(x,y) }

Here's a program that aims text. Note that it will usually make more sense if you CENTER-align the text.

aimText = text('Aim^Text', CENTER,50) function drag() {   aimText.aim(x,y) }

While there won't be any visible difference, you can also aim a circle. This is useful for controlling the direction you want to have a circle move. Here's an example:

c = circle(384,512,50,'green') function touching() {   c.aim(x,y)   c.move(UP,5) }
