"My 10-year-old absolutely loves his first Bitsbox. He had a little experience doing a computer science class at our local college, but this box is perfect for beginners. The activities are fun and engaging, and he has so much fun mixing up the code and adding in his own ideas. There is a large variety of stamps and backgrounds for them to play with and it all shows up on a little tablet on the screen, so it really feels like they're "developing an app." He is proud of his creations and has fun showing them off. It also comes with an informative parent handout for what they're learning and since I don't know the first thing about coding, it's really helpful. I don't have to help him at all, though, because it's so well written and easy to understand. Thank you, Bitsbox!"

"I am one of the lucky teachers that got your Hour of Code kit, and I have to tell you it has been one of the best coding experiences I have witnessed with my kids. It was so easy for my 5th graders to pick up on, and we even extended it into our curriculum already by having the kids create colonial apps. I used it with my Imagination Chapter kids at a different elementary, and they were equally as engaged! Last Friday we brought our computers to our Kindergarten Buddies, and they coded together. It was so much fun. The Kindergarten teachers even wanted copies of the coding booklet to give it a try at home! There is also a lot of talk on Voxer about Bitsbox, and I haven’t heard anything negative. So great job! As a educator that is an early adopter and often Beta tests sites and apps, there are usually hiccups. It looks like you have some great people on your team. My students favored using Aidan…so a special shout out to him! It was fun to get to know your faces through the coding."
